From the leadership
We build trust through deliverables, not promises
Mawazeen was founded on the conviction that a sound decision requires a precise legal opinion and a reliable technical figure at the same time. Because separating the two is what unsettles so many decisions, we brought both disciplines under one roof and bound ourselves to a stated methodology any reviewer can trace. What we deliver is not a general view, but an output that withstands scrutiny before a regulator or a court.
Khalid Al-Anazi
General Manager
Khalid Al-Anazi leads Mawazeen's strategic direction and oversees the legal practice and institutional relationships, bringing experience across legal advisory, arbitration and the management of complex files for government entities and major corporates in the Kingdom.
Abdullah Al-Fakki
Director of Professional Services
Abdullah Al-Fakki oversees valuation and asset inventory and management services, leads the field execution teams and the counting and tagging methodologies, and holds quality-control responsibility over technical reports before issue.
Our values
Three commitments we do not trade away
Values measured by daily practice rather than by declaration.
- 01
Transparency & integrity
We declare assumptions, data sources and the limits of reliance in every report — and tell clients what they would rather not hear when professional opinion requires it.
- 02
Speed of delivery
We commit to delivery dates in writing before work begins, and build schedules on the team's actual capacity rather than optimism.
- 03
Client confidentiality
A signed confidentiality agreement, access restricted to the engagement team alone, and records held in a secured system that never leaves our control.
Why Mawazeen
What makes relying on us a safe decision
Four reasons that show up in the deliverables rather than in the pitch deck.
Professional accreditation
Eight active licences from Taqeem, the Ministry of Justice, the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration and the Bankruptcy Commission.
Confidentiality & compliance
Access controls and document governance that meet the requirements of regulators and financial institutions handling sensitive data.
Auditable methodology
Every figure we publish is traceable to its source, and every conclusion is anchored to a statutory provision or a stated professional standard.
Integrated disciplines
Law, valuation and asset inventory under one roof — no need to appoint three providers for one file, and no conflicting numbers between them.
Valuation methodology
Five steps ending with filing on the Taqeem platform
A stated methodology through which any reviewer can re-trace the figure.
- 01
Define purpose and basis of value
We fix the purpose, the intended user, the basis and date of value and any special assumptions, and record them in the signed scope of work.
- 02
Site inspection and documentation
Visiting the asset and documenting condition, areas, services and restrictions with photographs and coordinates, and reviewing title records.
- 03
Data gathering and market analysis
Collecting comparable transactions, rental and cost data, and analysing supply and demand within the relevant catchment.
- 04
Applying the valuation approach
Applying the market, income or cost approach with reasoned selection and testing the result for reasonableness against a supporting approach.
- 05
Issue and filing on the Taqeem platform
Issuing the report signed by an accredited valuer after internal review, then filing it on the Taqeem platform for acceptance by relevant bodies.
