Litigation & Judicial Representation

Statutory representation before courts and committees — from the statement of claim through to enforcement.

Mawazeen advocates before the general, commercial, labour and enforcement courts, and before specialised quasi-judicial committees, in matters where evidentiary precision matters more than rhetorical flourish.

We begin by ordering the file: classifying records, closing gaps, and assessing the odds candidly before any claim is filed. We present the cost and expected duration of litigation against the settlement alternative, because the best judgment is sometimes the one a client never needs to reach.

Where a dispute turns on the value of an asset or property, we support the pleading with an accredited valuation report issued by our own licensed team, so technical evidence and legal argument arrive as a single package.

How we work

  1. 01

    Position assessment

Reading the file and weighing prospects and alternatives before any filing.

  2. 02

    Building the evidence

Ordering records, requesting what is missing and preparing a documented statement of facts.

  3. 03

    Advocacy

Statement of claim, memoranda and hearings before the competent circuit.

  4. 04

    Judgment and enforcement

Pursuing objection or appeal, then enforcement proceedings until the right is satisfied.

Frequently asked questions

Do you appear before courts outside Riyadh?

Yes, we appear across all regions of the Kingdom. Most hearings are conducted electronically through the Mueen and Najiz platforms, which reduces both cost and duration for the client.

When do you recommend settlement over litigation?

When the cost and duration of litigation exceed the amount in dispute, or when the evidence is incomplete. We present the comparison numerically and leave the decision to the client, recorded in writing.

How are fees calculated?

As a fixed fee per procedural stage, or a blend of fixed fee and success fee, agreed in writing in the engagement letter before any step is taken.
